    Read the instructions first!! (But yes, it works wonders)

    I have suffered from cervical arthritis and a developing 'dowager's hump' for years. My chiropractor is great but expensive, so I bought this for maintenance between visits.

    First, a warning: The first time I used it, I felt a sharp prickling sensation and thought it was shocking me! I almost returned it. READ THE MANUAL: You have to wipe your neck with a damp cloth or apply a little lotion before using the EMS function.

    Works, but be realistic with expectations

    Writing this after using for about 10 weeks so hopefully this helps someone decide. I'm a 42 year old software engineer so yeah, desk job = terrible posture. My neck hump wasn't as bad as some of the before pics I've seen but it was definitely noticeable and getting worse.
